What are the domestic shipping rates?
Books: Standard shipping (Media mail or equivalent) is $5.25 for the first book and $2.50 for each book thereafter. Priority Mail (or equivalent) is $9.95 for the first book and $3.50 for each book thereafter.
DVDs: Standard shipping (Media mail or equivalent) is $4.50 for the first DVD, and $2.50 for each additional DVD. Priority Mail (or equivalent) is $9.95 for the first DVD and $3.50 for each DVD thereafter.
WAVR-21 Manuals and WAVR-21 Coding Booklets: Standard shipping (Media mail or equivalent) is $6.95 for the first manual and $3.95 for each manual thereafter. Priority Mail service is $18.95 for the first manual and $6.50 for each manual thereafter.
Overnight and Expedited shipping are available as well

When are products shipped?
All products are shipped on the same day or next business day after being ordered.

All products are shipped from our shipping location in Central California
How are products shipped?
All products are shipped from the Central Valley in California via USPS, UPS or DHL, depending upon shipping speed required and recipient location.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard shipping is done with Media Mail or UPS Ground, depending upon your location. Media Mail is not guaranteed and can take up to 3 weeks in some cases. Media Mail is not available outside the USA
Priority shipping takes 2 or 3 days domestically, depending on your location.
1-Day shipping is available.
For international orders, we cannot predict (or be responsible for) the amount of time a package might be held in Customs.
Can I track my shipment?
All products have tracking included in the price. We will not ship using a method (such as USPS First Class) that doesn’t include tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of ordering, please email us at Info@SpecializedTraining.Com and we’ll be happy to provide it.
