This 1-hour training on perpetrators of school shootings is provided by one of the nation’s leading experts on the topic, Phillip Resnick, MD.
The training addresses perpetrators of targeted school shootings and their common characteristics, as well as the behaviors suggestive of impending violence and potential interventions.
Learning objectives
Students will be supported to:
- Identify the characteristics of school shooters
- List appropriate areas of inquiry in evaluating potential school shooters
- Identity potential interventions to reduce the risk of a school shooting
